چکیده

The most common analysis for fMRI images is activation detection, in which the purpose to find locations brain that respond specific functions, such as visual processing or motor functions by providing related stimuli tasks experiment. On other hand, it also important detect instance triggered. One of powerful techniques can analyze abnormal behavior any data change point (CP) analysis. We suggest CP detection algorithms be used locate activations functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) sequences, well. Our paper presents a two-fold innovative study respect. First, we propose use signals state-of-art topic. Furthermore, and compare set methods, regression-based method (RBM), statistical (SM), mean difference double sliding windows (MDSW)) points. Second, apply these methods signals, are acquired from real subjects, while they were performing tasks. Proposed applied three different experiments with task, linguistic task. shows accordance established parametric maps (SPM). up 94 % results show proposed effectively times on time series.

Sequential change-point detection for time series models: assessing the functional dynamics of neuronal networks

This paper illustrates a sequential method to detect significant parameter changes for time series models. Rather than relying on an explicit state equation, the parameters’ dynamics are assessed as a change-point problem by combining Bayesian estimation with a nonparametric test of hypothesis. The Kullback-Leibler divergence between the posterior probability densities given two different sets ...

A review of change point detection methods

In this work, methods to detect one or several change points in multivariate time series are reviewed. They include retrospective (o -line) procedure such as maximum likelihood estimation, regression, kernel methods, etc. In this large area of research, applications are numerous and diverse; many di erent models and operational constraints (on precision, complexity,...) exist. A formal framewor...

Advanced methods for change detection in VHR multitemporal SAR images

Change detection aims at identifying possible changes in the state of an object or phenomenon by jointly observing data acquired at different times over the same geographical area. In this context, the repetitive coverage and high quality of remotely sensed images acquired by Earth-orbiting satellites make such kind of data an ideal information source for change detection. Among the different k...

Change-point detection in neuronal spike train activity

Animals respond to changes in their environment based on the information encoded in neuronal spike activity. One key issue is to determine how quickly and reliably the system can detect that a behaviorally relevant change has taken place. What are the neural mechanisms and computational principles that allow fast, reliable detection of changes in spike activity? Here we present an optimal stati...
